PG&E Power Outage Update: If we lose power our office and phones will be down. Service Routes will continue to run as usual. Customers will still be able to contact us during a power outage, during normal business hours, through email: customerservice@northernrecycling.biz

Services remain suspended for destroyed homes. If you would like to restart services please make sure to contact us when returning home to update your service needs and contact information. Please email us at  customerservice@northernrecycling.biz or call 530-876-3340.

If you are on Autopay please make sure to go into to bill pay and stop it.
The Recycling Center, Reuse Center, Vegetative Waste Yard and the HHW Facility are closed until further notice.

Stop by the NRWS Office 920 American Way, Paradise CA NRWS customers can make bill payments, sign up for services, and get additional recycling information. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Bills are the owners responsibility. In addition, no changes can be made to an account by anyone other than the owner.

Q: How do I sign up for automatic payments?
A:
In order to sign up for automatic withdrawal through your checking account, please use the Easy Pay form above. If you have already signed up for Easy Pay, your account will be established for you. For automatic credit card payments are Click Here for Instructions. Please call our office with any questions.

Q: Where do I mail payments?
A: Please send payments to the address on your billing statement.

Q: As an NRWS customer, what happens if I pass a bad check?
A: Please be careful - because this may now cost you three times as much. The California Civil Code, and the Uniform Commercial Code provide that the new penalty schedule shall be as follows: 1. Not to exceed $25 for the first offense; 2. Not to exceed $35 for the subsequent offense; and 3. Up to three times the amount of the check with certified demand for payment. For example: If your garbage bill is $50 and you issued a $50 bad check, you can be penalized $50 x 3 = $150.00.
